Bigg Boss 9: No male contestant strong enough to win the show, says Aman Verma

Actor Aman Verma feels the ninth season of celebrity reality show "Bigg Boss" will have a female participant as a winner as he does not see any male contestant strong enough for the title.

Aman, who becomes the latest contestant to get evicted from the Bigg Boss house, has placed his bets on Kishwer Merchant, Mandana Karimi and Rochelle Rao.

"I see Kishwer, Mandana and Rochelle going till the finals. Mandana is mentally strong, though she is ill at the moment. Kishwer is also very strong but her only minus is that she does not check what she says."

"She does some negative things that get against her. Rochelle is doing really good. I don't think there is any guy there, who is strong enough (to win)," Aman told PTI post his eviction.

The 44-year-old TV star is particularly impressed the way Rochelle, his friend in the house, has turned out after her boyfriend Keith Sequiera's emergency exit.

"Earlier she was under his shadow but now she has come in her own. Keith's exit has proved beneficial for her. Rochelle speaks her mind, fights her battles. I personally want her to win the show."

Rochelle and Mandana's friendship has hit a rough patch after a task last week where the former was required to speak ill of the Iranian beauty.

Aman, who shared a good equation with both of them, does not see their path up happening.

"If Mandana thinks someone is not good that stays with her. It will be difficult for her to trust Rochelle. Also Rochelle is concerned, I don't think she needs anyone now. She is enough for herself."

When quizzed about the animosity between him and co-contestant Rishabh Sinha, Aman blamed the "Qubool Hai" star's "irritating" behaviour.

"He is very irritating. He used to pick fights unnecessarily to create controversy. That's his personality." Aman feels it is "unfair" that contestants like him are getting eliminated but actress Rimi Sen, who has often expressed her disinterest in the show, is going strong.

"Of course that is unfair. Here, we used to perform and Rimi would not do anything and it resulted in the loss of the whole house. That is not fair at all."

With his calm demeanour and a calculated approach, Aman had emerged as one of the strongest contestants on the series and hence his elimination came as a shock to many.

He, however, believes his peace-seeking attitude is to blame for his ouster from the controversial show.

"I have learnt a lesson that if you don't shout, scream, behave badly with others or abuse it is difficult to survive on such a show. But I wanted to be known as someone, who is classy, sophisticated and comes from a background." "Bigg Boss" airs on Colors.

Bigg Boss 9: ‘Big Brother’ experience an ‘advantage’ for Priya Malik

Priya Malik, who was part of the Australian version of controversial show "Big Brother", will be seen entering the "Bigg Boss Nau" house as a wild card entrant.

Priya Malik, who was part of the Australian version of controversial show “Big Brother”, will be seen entering the “Bigg Boss Nau” house as a wild card entrant.
She says her experience at the international show will be an “advantage” for her here.
Asked if she was jittery about entering the “Bigg Boss Nau” house, Priya, who is popularly known as Posh Spice of Australian TV told IANS over phone from Lonavla: “I am not jittery at all! In fact, I have been on “Big Brother” (Australia), which is a similar format, if not identical. I think that puts me at an advantage.”

Priya, who is a high school teacher in Adelaide, has her roots in Dehradun. She was part of “Big Brother Australia” in 2014, and is the fourth wild card entry to enter “Bigg Boss Nau”.
She says her “strategy is to not to be afraid of showing who I truly am unless I am Kishwar (Merchant) because that’s not what everyone wants to see.”

The 28-year-old says she doesn’t have any “favourites” in the house and dislikes maximum housemates, who are a mix of showbiz celebrities.

“I don’t have any favourites this season… I’m talking as an audience. The list of people I dislike is a lot longer than the people I like in the house at the moment.
“Other than Rochelle Rao, I do like things about her… Then Keith Sequeira. I like him if he is coming back, and I like Digangana Suryavanshi as there is nothing to dislike (about her); she has done nothing, she’s like a little statue and so I don’t mind a statue,” quipped Priya, who has been living in Australia for the past seven years.

While on “Big Bother” in Australia last year, she reportedly faced severe racial backlash which even escalated to death threats long after getting evicted from the show. Priya has faced bullying and trolled on social media.
Asked who according to her doesn’t deserve to be in the house, Priya said: “Rimi Sen doesn’t deserve to be in the house. It’s really insulting to sign a show and to not be a part of it. I’m going to tell her like it is.”
The show features celebrity contestants in a game of survival wherein they are locked in an isolated house for around three months sans the luxuries they are used to, under 24X7 camera surveillance.

15 Bollywood Movies With Twist Endings That You Won’t See Coming

Well begun is half done, they say. And they're right. But what about the other half? What's the point of all the promise, if we disappoint and fail to deliver eventually? That's what happens with most movies. They start with a lot of promise and then begin to wobble before suffering at the hands of mediocrity as the plot approaches its ending.
However, every now and then comes a gem which is so tightly bound by intriguing elements that you curl in your seats in the beginning and fall of it by the end. Here's a list of Bollywood movies which were engaging throughout and even more mind flipping towards their climax:

1. Gupt: The Hidden Truth (1997)

Talking of mystery thrillers in Bollywood, Gupt is one movie which raised the bar in India. From a hero on the run to a no-nonsense cop on his trail and a murderer on the loose, the plot moves ahead in spirals. However, the most interesting part of the movie lies in its climax. Boom!

2. Kaun (1999)

Ram Gopal Varma followed his hugely successful blockbuster Satya immediately with another masterstroke, Kaun, a perfect suspense thriller starring Urmila Matondkar and Manoj Bajpai. The movie revolved around Urmila's character staying alone in a house, disturbed by a strange intruder on a rainy night. The movie develops to indicate that Manoj is a creepy lunatic who kills people for the pleasure of it. However, the climax reveals that the serial killer isn't Manoj after all! Then who is the killer? That's what great climaxes are made of!

However, after deciding to mend his ways, the Bluffmaster agrees for one last con, and he even succeeds, only to lose everything again. It’s then in the climax of the movie that he realizes that he himself had fallen victim to the grandest of cons! But who could possibly dupe the biggest conman? Turns our there was another Bluffmaster playing him all this while!

4. Don (2006)

When Farhan Akhtar decided to remake Amitabh Bachchan starrer, Don, nobody thought of the twist he'd bring into his version of it. 5. Race (2008)

Race, one of the most engaging and intriguing suspense thrillers of recent times, is a masterpiece by none other than the masters of the trade, Abbas-Mustan. While we have seen suspense thrillers likeAjnabee and Humraaz come out from their stable, Race just upped the ante like never before. As if the ever-changing shades of characters and a viciously twisted script was not enough, its climax sat like a pearl in the oyster. Who goes home in pieces and who walks home with all the insurance money? Go figure!
